4. How the Contact and Quote Forms Actually Work

The contact and quote-request forms on this site do not send what you type to any server or database. When you submit the form, your browser builds a ready-made email with the information you entered and opens your own email application (Outlook, Gmail, etc.); whether to send it is entirely up to you. The email you send goes directly from your own account to Netline's official address (info@netlineltd.com.tr).

This means the website itself never stores or processes your form data. The email you send is then handled the same way as any other business correspondence Netline receives, through the company's own email system.

5. Website Chat Assistant

This site includes a rule-based chat assistant that gives visitors general information about Netline's services, solutions and contact details using predefined answers. The assistant matches what you type against a predefined set of keywords and shows the closest matching answer; it does not connect to any AI service and is not a live customer representative.

The assistant runs entirely in your browser: the question-and-answer content it needs is delivered together with the page itself, and anything you type is never sent to a server, stored, or shared with any third party. Your conversation is cleared when you reload or close the page; no cookie or browser storage (localStorage/sessionStorage) is used for this purpose.

6. Protection and Sharing of Personal Data

Netline does not sell or share information collected through the contact form or chat assistant with third parties for marketing purposes. This website is hosted on infrastructure provided by Xgrup Hosting (xgrup.com); at the server level, this provider may keep standard access logs (such as IP address and browser information) for security and technical operation, which is a normal feature of how internet infrastructure works. The exact retention period for these logs, and whether Xgrup uses any subprocessors, are still being confirmed directly with Xgrup; this section will be updated once that is complete.

7. Retention

The site does not store your form or chat data on its own infrastructure (see sections 4 and 5). How long the email you send is kept in Netline's own mailbox follows the company's general correspondence retention practice. Setting an exact retention period for this is a next step pending company confirmation.

8. Your Rights Under KVKK

Under Article 11 of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), you may contact Netline to: learn whether your personal data is being processed; request information about it if it is; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; know any third parties it is transferred to, in Turkey or abroad; request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; request its deletion or destruction once the grounds for processing no longer apply; request that such corrections or deletions be notified to any third party the data was transferred to; object to a result that is to your detriment arising solely from automated analysis of your data; and claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.
