The content management platform running behind the site is capable of creating a technical session cookie for operations that require one. This cookie is only created when a Netline staff member logs into the content management panel; browsing the site's public pages normally does not create any cookie.

Your language preference (Turkish/English) is held only in memory, as a JavaScript variable, while your browser tab is open; it is never written to disk, a cookie, or browser storage (localStorage/sessionStorage), and is lost when you close the page.

3. Chat Assistant and Browser Data

The rule-based chat assistant on this site does not save your conversation history. Your exchange with the assistant is kept only in your browser's memory for that session; it is cleared when you reload or close the page. The assistant uses no cookie or browser storage (localStorage/sessionStorage), does not remember whether the chat window was left open or closed, and never sends what you type to any server or third-party service; all matching happens entirely in your browser, using the predefined answers delivered with the page itself.

4. Third-Party Services

The site currently has no map or similar third-party component embedded on the page. The "Get Directions" link in the Contact section sends you to Google Maps; this is only a link, and only takes effect if you click it, at which point you leave this site for Google's own page. From there, Google's own privacy and cookie policy applies.

The site's own images, fonts and code are served from its own server; no external image or font service is used.

5. Your Cookie Choices

No cookie consent is required to use the site's public pages. You can still block or limit third-party cookies generally through your browser settings; doing so will not affect the site's core functions (text, navigation, the contact and quote forms, the chat assistant).

6. Policy Updates

If the site starts using analytics, marketing, or a similar tool in the future, this policy will be updated first, with an appropriate cookie-consent mechanism added if required.
